1. How did your own unhealthy relationship shape your approach to healing?
An unhealthy relationship deeply impacted my healing journey by showing me the parts of myself that needed attention—areas where I needed to set stronger boundaries, honor my worth, and cultivate self-love. The pain from that experience pushed me to explore practices like chakra healing and meditation to restore my balance and reconnect with my true self. Through this process, I gained a deeper empathy for others who are also struggling, and it sparked a desire within me to share the healing tools that helped me. I realized that the energy from that relationship had affected my heart and sense of security, but through chakra healing, I was able to shift that energy, regain my peace, and embrace the belief that real transformation starts from within.

2. What’s the biggest emotional block people face, and how can chakra healing help?
One of the biggest emotional blocks people face is fear—fear of the unknown, fear of rejection, fear of failure, or even fear of their own emotions. This fear can manifest as anxiety, stress, or a sense of being stuck. The energy associated with these fears can cause imbalance or blockages in the root chakra (security, stability), solar plexus chakra (confidence, personal power), and heart chakra (love, emotional connection).
Chakra healing can help by addressing these imbalances and clearing the energy blocks. Practices like meditation, breathwork, and visualizations target specific chakras to release trapped emotions and allow the person to feel grounded, safe, and empowered.
